The service
Decision Cloud provides an authenticated MCP service that processes CSV rows and returns typed semantic judgments. You provide the file, context, and questions. Decision Cloud processes the request and returns structured results for your host AI or application to use.
Automated judgments can be incomplete or wrong. Review results before relying on them, especially for important decisions. Decision Cloud does not make the downstream decision for you.
Accounts and submitted data
You must use an account you are authorized to access and keep your sign-in method secure. Submit only files and information you have the right to process and share with Decision Cloud and its evaluation providers.
Decision Cloud processes CSV rows, context, and questions to provide the evaluation. Its operational PostgreSQL tables store account, payment, job, and usage metadata, not CSV contents, file URLs, question text, or answers. Read the Privacy Policy for the data flow, providers, and retention periods.
Credits and payments
Decision Cloud uses one-time prepaid credit purchases. There is no subscription. Available credit top-ups are $5, $10, $25, and $50. Each top-up adds a separate $1 service fee to the checkout total. The amount and total appear before you leave for Stripe Checkout.
Credits are a balance for use with Decision Cloud. They are not TypeSafe or Jev credits. After Stripe confirms payment, Decision Cloud adds the purchased credit amount to your balance. Evaluation usage is charged for reported Jev input tokens at the configured rate shown on the pricing page. Output tokens are recorded but are not billed. The configured rate is not independent confirmation of the provider's effective rate. A failed evaluation can still use provider resources when the provider reports billable usage.
Stripe processes the payment. Decision Cloud does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. For a payment or credit question, contact support@luminousorigin.com. We review refund or unused-credit requests individually under the payment rules and rights that apply. These terms do not promise a cash refund or cash redemption of an unused balance.
Acceptable use
You may not use Decision Cloud to:
- break applicable laws or violate another person's rights;
- submit data you are not authorized to share or process;
- interfere with the service, bypass authentication or credit checks, or attempt unauthorized access; or
- evade the service's file, row, request, or usage limits.
Third-party services
Decision Cloud relies on Auth0 for authentication, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, PostgreSQL for application records, and OpenRouter and TypeSafe for evaluation requests. Their services may be unavailable or change independently. Their own terms and data handling apply to the services they provide. Decision Cloud does not promise that those services retain no request data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Decision Cloud available, but do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular uptime. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures, or security issues may interrupt access. We may change or discontinue part of the service; we will update these terms when a change affects them.
